We do not refund for change of mind purchases. What we do offer is an exchange within the same promotional period for items in the current catalogue within 10 days of invoice date. For any exchanges the return freight cost is your responsibility.
For any faulty or damaged goods please advise within 7 days of receipt of order to arrange a replacement. In the event we have sold out, an alternative item of equal or greater value will be organised.

For any personalised printed order, we cannot accept any returns once art work has been confirmed.
